OUR MINISTERS

Chris and Kim Reed

Lead Evangelist & Women's Ministry Leader

Chris and Kim Reed have been married and serving in the Christian ministry for more than three decades.

They have three children, Caleb, Vanessa and Hannah, and in 2022 they became grandparents of three beautiful grandchildren!

They have served in Boston, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Denver, and now in the amazing Salt Lake City. They have always worked with College and Youth ministries, while carrying on a vibrant marrieds' ministry. In addition to earning bachelor's degrees from Northeastern University, they have earned advanced certificates in Biblical Studies and completed certifications for Solutions Focus Practitioner and International Life Coach.

They love outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, biking, skiing, etc. - and they love the Salt Lake Christian Church family, and dogs!

We believe the Bible is a love letter to humanity and gift to the world that teaches how to build your relationship with Jesus Christ and those around you

We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God and Jesus is the physical event of the Judaic law fulfilled through his death, burial, and resurrection, enabling a personal relationship with Him.

Our mission on earth is to make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:18-20), be witnesses of Jesus' resurrection (Acts 1:8), and to always remember the poor (Galatians. 2:10)

We believe that when people hear the word of God, repent, and are baptized, their sins are forgiven, they receive the Holy Spirit and are added to Jesus' church by the grace of God through their faith in Jesus.

We are committed to loving God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength and loving our neighbor as ourselves.
