Our Calendar
Sunday services, midweek gatherings, and special events—plus optional ministry calendars.
Subscribe to our calendars
Most people only need the Events calendar—it includes Sunday services, midweek gatherings, and special church events. Add ministry calendars only if you’re connected to those groups.
1. Start with Events (recommended for everyone)
Use the buttons below to add a calendar to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar (on iPhone or iPad, open Apple links in Safari). One Events subscription is enough for the main church schedule.
Main church calendar
Already subscribed to separate Sunday Service or Midweek Service calendars? You can turn those off or unsubscribe—they’re now included in Events.
Optional: ministries you’re connected to
Add only the ministry calendars that apply to you. Skip this section if Events alone is enough.
2. Or add everything at once (Google) and choose what you need
In the calendar above, look for Google’s add control: on a wide screen it’s usually the Add to Google Calendar link in the bottom-left corner; on a phone or a narrower window it often becomes a + button in the bottom-right corner. Click that, sign in, and our public church calendars will appear under Other calendars—already turned on. Keep Events on for the main schedule, then uncheck any ministry calendars that don’t apply to you. If you still see separate Sunday Service or Midweek Service calendars from an older subscription, you can turn those off too.
Keep on (everyone)
- Events — Sunday, midweek & special events
Optional ministries
Keep only the ministry calendars that are appropriate for you—and uncheck the others.

- Marrieds
- Young Marrieds
- Park City / Heber
- Intergenerational
- High / Middle School
- Out and About
Example: Campus student
Leave Events on for Sunday, midweek, and churchwide events. Also leave on Campus (and Intergenerational / Out and About if you want those). Turn off every other ministry calendar so you only see what’s relevant.
